The mixer is designed for the mixing of various food ingredients intended for further processing. It consists of a supporting frame and a tilting frame with a drum. The drum drive is placed on a rotating frame, and the drum tilting drive is located on the supporting frame. The motors and the drum tilting end positions are controlled from a stainless steel control box located on the supporting frame. To ensure smooth speed changes, the mixer drum is controlled by a frequency changer which can be adjusted as needed. Changes in the inclination angle and the drum rotation speed affect the mixing time. The adjustment of the angle of the mixer tilting frame is ensured by adjustable end sensors. The mixer is equipped with wheels for easy handling within the production hall. The tilting frame of the mixer is controlled by an electric drive and has several positions:
Material can be fed into the mixer drum using an inclined modular conveyor.
The device is made of stainless steel structure (quality according to DIN 1.4301), including the connecting material of quality A2 and plastic components. All materials used have been certified for direct contact with food.
