The lamella cutter is designed for the cross-cutting of zucchinis into smaller parts, before they are cut into cubes. After they are washed in a brush washer, the zucchinis fall on a feeding lamella conveyor, where the material is positioned lengthwise to the cutting knives. The last conveyor lamella delivers the zucchinis into a separating cylinder, where they are cut into the desired size. The split zucchinis fall into a split-axle spiral conveyor, which delivers them to the cube cutter. The zucchini is cut into cubes and proceeds for further processing.
Drive I - driving the lamella conveyor and the feeder roller. The movement of the lamellas and the feeder roller pockets is synchronized and interconnected with a chain gear. The motor is controlled by a frequency changer to ensure smooth feeding of the material to the next processing equipment.
Drive II - The disk cutter assembly is driven by a gear with an electric motor located on the drive shaft.
The split-axle conveyor is driven by a bevel gear with an electric motor.
The device is made of stainless steel structure (quality according to DIN 1.4301), including the connecting material of quality A2 and plastic components. All materials used have been certified for direct contact with food.
