The turntable is designed for the transport and partial accumulation of packaging material within the technology lines used by the food industry. They are ideal wherever it is necessary to change the direction of the transported containers or for manual loading. The turntable consists of thin-walled profiles fitted with four rollers supporting the upper desk. Thanks to the plastic table top, the containers can slide on the surface without causing any damage. The turntable desk is driven by a worm gear with an electric motor, controlled by a frequency changer. The railing around the turntable is adjusted based on the number of entry and exit points. The machine is set up on adjustable articulated feet.
The device is made of stainless steel structure (quality according to DIN 1.4301), including the connecting material of quality A2 and plastic components. All materials used have been certified for direct contact with food.
