The station is used to empty loose material from Big Bags and to carry it using a worm conveyor to another device. The emptying procedure is as follows: A hoist with a disposable device for hanging Big Bags will lift and move the Big Bag containing material to a frame with a stand. A sealing transition piece will ensure dust-free connection with a worm conveyor. After the slide lock is opened, the content is emptied and transported by the worm conveyor.
The device is made of stainless steel structure (quality according to DIN 1.4301), including the connecting material of quality A2 and plastic components. All materials used have been certified for direct contact with food.
